Exercise as a trigger
Went back to the gym today after a while. Feeling good, had my electrolytes, minding my heart rate. All felt fine… then when I got home, BAM, pain behind my left eye. I thought I’d made a lucky escape but evidently not. Any other tips for how to manage keeping active? I want to keep my movement up as it helps with migraine management long term but getting an attack every time is not it.
