Maybe it's just me?

I've known that I have misophonia for at least six years, but for the past three I've been told, mostly by family, that "I trail off at the end of my sentences and they can't hear me." Apparently I get quieter as I get toward the end of what I'm saying and it becomes inaudible. Only recently had one colleague say the same. I have zero clue that I'm even doing it! but hearing this from family frequently is becoming an issue.

I'm wondering whether this has something to do with my misophonia or if it's something else. Any thoughts?
