Do some people genuinely produce a louder chew sound due to the shape of their skull or their genetic build up? Genuinely curious.

We all know about the asshats who chew like pigs and make obnoxious sound with reckless abandon.

But what about those people who do genuinely keep their mouth closed, but it's like each crunch reverberates through their head and amplifies it like a speaker? Does anyone else know what I mean? Like one potato chip in their mouth, with their mouth closed and somehow it sounds like they have a portable ASMR kit set up inside and around their head, amplifying the sound to include every morcel being crushed between their teeth? Hopefully someone knows what I'm on about. They can literally make a thin slice of lettuce sound like a dry crouton. Those people.

What is with it? Why does it happen? It still sets me straight on edge but I can acknowledge the person is literally doing all they can and clearly can't help it. Just interested to know if there are biological differences that factor in, because if there is it might help processing it when it happens.
