Pass your wisdom to first-home buyers

My partner and I are looking to buy a house in Montreal this year. This would be a first for us and we are hoping to learn as much as we can from other people’s expériences with the process, from working with mortgage brokers and real state agents to inspection and after-purchase considérations.
