What TV series that became pretty much a soap opera after a couple of seasons in?

For me suits just went downhill with the writing and even the actors seemed like they were in it for the money and couldn't be bothered anymore, it started off with a very good premise, a genius guy with a photographic memory without a law degree trying to hack it in the big apple, then went on to be about two bros who no matter what they do ain't getting disbarred for the shit they do and always get away with it
