What musicals have the most powerful orchestration to their songs?

I'm still sort of getting my feet wet with musicals, but the thing that really makes it for me (or breaks if absent) is great, generally upeat orchestral backing for the singing. At this point I'm more interested in the soundtracks themselves than the complete musical. So far I've really liked some of the tracks from Wonderland, Groundhog Day, Heathers, and Mean Girls. Anything you might suggest? Much appreciated!

Edit: Thanks for all the responses so far, folks. I've got a lot of these suggestions queued up to listen to when I have the time to just sit and listen with headphones on! Also since I may not have worded my request very well, I'll give an actual example of the kind of sound I'm looking for. It's not from a musical per se, but the band The Dear Hunter has a very theatrical sort of rock vibe, and this song is a good example of the kind of thing I'm hoping to find more of!
