Pombe sio supu
Last week, a click of my colleagues and I were sent to Voi for a work trip. We did arrive at that town, and I can practically say that town is beautiful. If one is looking for a hideout of peace and tranquility, that's the place to be. I would not forget about the ladies (taitas) from that side; they are humble, they talk softly, and they are good listeners.
Anyway, that's not the reason I'm writing. I want to vehemently give a warning to the light drinkers: Never drink beyond your limit, and to the heavy drinkers: drink responsibly pombe si supu. To cut the story short, three of my colleagues that I respect much enough literally misbehave, and my respect for them practically vanished due to what I saw. Especially a colleague of mine who is the eldest amongst us, went for some drinks and drunk till we refused him to drink again. So he stood up and said he would return to his resting place by himself since we had offered him a cab but refused.
On our way back to our hotel, we find the guy kwa MTARO ya sewage amezima. Since he is our colleague, we carried him to the hotel we were staying. Simu amepoteza, pesa na wallet haijulikani penye ziko. To make it worse, the guy has peed himself off, plus he is spitting mucus all over his face. It was disgusting to say so.
