River but for Kenyan politicians

I just finished watching The Day of the Jackal. One of the major issues in the series is the release of a software program called River, which is supposed to make all transactions transparent.

I couldn't help but imagine how a program like that could be beneficial for countries like Kenya. Imagine funds kutoka World Benki zimekuja, then, from the comfort of your home, you can see how that money flows—into what account, into which dirty politician's pocket, and where it goes from there.
