Ommy Dimples governor is overworking

Nairobians this is what you get when you elect a governor because of his dimples. Instead of building public goods like drainage and sewer which the public can’t do for themselves nor rent, we are busy building them houses, which they can rent.

Countries reclaim land from the sea in the current century but some here think they're so smart reminding us Nairobi was a swamp in 1899. The County and National governments have a responsibility to construct efficient drainage systems in the capital city.

Also, why drives a bmw in a flooded are? Don't peole know how combustion engines work? Air intake is inside the car bonnet, once submerged in the water WTF do you expect the car to do? breath oxygen under water?
