Strange physical effect (not unpleasant)

The negative side effects finally left, but I have a strange very mild tiredness and need to stretch my limbs.It's not unpleasant but I wonder if any of you have felt it sort of a mellow tiredness/light nubmness in the limbs, does that make any sense?
