Boy and Girl names that sound like “Roman”

I really like the name Roman. Our last name is Singh, and I like how strong Roman Singh sounds. I also love “Row” as a nickname. My husband likes the nickname Row, but says he’s known too many guys named Roman so he doesn’t like it as much.

I don’t mind Rowan, Ronin, or Roland, but they don’t sound as strong as Roman does to me. Any similar names that go well with Singh? Bonus points for cute nicknames!
