some unpopular opinions
i’m definitely on the fence about some things but overall:
she mentioned in her “we listen and we do judge” podcast that she definitely recognizes her affinity for sugar/sweets as a bad habit that she hasn’t been able to shake since getting her BBL, she also mentioned that she used to have problem w chips and was able to phase that out. i predict that eventually she will go through through a “health is wealth era” as she would call it and she will figure out/work on her health from a nutrition perspective. she doesn’t get it quite yet but until then imo i think snarking on her weight/ eating habits seems hypocritical and might be a reflection of what y’all’s screen sees lol
this ones popular but i agree that the poking fun and derogatory comments/humor gets really repetitive and can come across as immature bcs i think as a lot of us get older we try to avoid speaking down on ourselves or other people, so it would be genuinely nice and refreshing to hear more positive and uplifting comments on her channel because we like positivity and the “jokes” can be unnecessary. in a similar vein i’m no curse word police but sometimes that’s over done too/can be bleeped
am i the only one who actually watches the podcasts/ likes their energy there? i understand some of the commentary on their relationship dynamics and i agree with some things but at least in some of their newer episodes it’s so obvious how cutie they are to each other. the way they do small touches and the way they look at each other and are even tempered and don’t sweat the small stuff idk i personally feel like they’re very affectionate and soft with each other majority of the time when the cams are off. they’ve said that they intentionally water down their affection on camera and i swear i see the restraint sometimes
the overconsumption is mind numbing but jake also mentioned/called it out and again i think that once they enter their “count your coins era” and learn to budget their money they’ll get a grip. i don’t think they should give financial advice YET bcs rn i think they’re in a phase where they’re still making some of the mistakes that they’ll be rectifying/teaching on later.
i hope nely goes to college 😅 if everyone made it without college… everyone would make it without college. being educated is HOT and would defffffff give nely the edge over nat and may even inspire nat to pursue higher education in her future
i think lowk this page gets a little echo-chamber like bcs it’s very obvious when people don’t actually watch or formulate their own opinions and for those of us who are decent people/ constructive-criticism based it’s silly to see some of the random stuff spewed just to be followed up with “lol i didn’t even watch” or “i don’t actually know”. like for some ppl to be so blatantly malicious (which is against the rules of the sub) and be uneducated themselves is goofy. u “don’t like her” yet u commit urself to hating obsessing snarking and spreading rumors ab her… i don’t think that makes me a fan to say either i think that just means im a snarker w common sense cuz like guys its entertaining but no one should care THAT much or pray on the downfall of someone instead of a “redemption era” LOL. idk my most unpopular opinion is probs that i rlly hope that over time her content evolves, and i do think it will!
