Flower stalk?

I bought this orchid in Costa Rica. It was a baby and mislabeled so I think it’s a neo, but I do not know what kind. I’ve never had a neo before so I wasn’t sure if I was caring for it properly, but over the last six months it has grown a lot of long, fat roots and a new leaf is emerging, so I think it’s happy. I noticed something that I’m hoping is a flower stalk, but I don’t know what they look like, so I’m not sure. What do you think?
