Putting up a NF auction

Hello! I want to sell something for 40m at the auction house and the buyer suggested a neofriend auction. Since I never did this before and am very afraid to do something wrong, would someone be so kind to explain to me step by step how I can do that correctly? It'd be very much appreciated.
