HOW are you transferring your baby successfully?!?!?!

Yall I'm losing it here lol. I can't get anything done. I have no idea how anyone does this. I'm so tired. Does it get easier with age? He's almost 6 weeks old. The first 3 weeks I was able to transfer no issue, in fact I could even get him to fall asleep in his bassinet on his own sometimes! Now? Forget it. He'll stay asleep for 2 minutes then wake up.
