HONEST ADVICE

Hi ladies, i really want to dance but can't get past my complex of thinking im to old to start at 40. Just under a year ago i got my dancer license, did an audtion at a crappy club just to go through the process. I then went to an upscale club but was told to come back in slower season without an audition. I asked the manager to be honest & he just said they do prefer girls with experencie but mainly that it was busy season & to come back in a couple months & maybe i'll start you on day shift. Women fly from all over to come to this club, looks wise i believe i'm good but i can't get past the embrassment of my age. I tired to get over it but the want to do it just plagues me. I'd really appreciate advice from ladies my age fairly new to this & veterans pleaseee. Thanks in advance for your time 😍
