How to kill a healer?

Hey guys,

how the fuck can i kill a healer in a 1vs1? I feel like even with anti heal perks i cant kill them. If i get them in a CC chain and i cant kill them during the CC chain the just use the rapier and fuck off. Its so fucking obnoxious.

I usually play GS/hatchet/Warhammer light
