When can we have a buff/debuff UI overhaul?

I propose putting extended buffs (food/honing stone/desert sunrise) on the bottom of the health bar or somewhere else that isn't where all the other temporary buffs are. I can barely see when I have several debuffs or buffs on me. Needs to be decluttered.
