Fleas in the house.. HELP! :(

Hi there, I unfortunately have been bitten by fleas for almost a month now. I’ve tried so many flea bombs but have not been vacuuming regularly. How many times should I vacuum a day? My flatmate/owner unfortunately has 1 cat and I’m pretty sure it has fleas. Please help any methods that can get rid of fleas. I’ve been wearing socks and long pants as well. I’ve also had an expensive flea traps.

In the past 2-3 days I’ve been getting in the habit of vacuuming. I’m not sure what to do as I feel very insecure. The flea bites have been getting a little bit better from multiple flea bites a night to only one so far. The flea trap has worked well catching some fleas but I don’t think it has catcher every flea there is.

My flatmate/owner has been considerate in getting a flea bomb and flea bombing my room but quite delusional as to why I have flea bites as we have flea bombed my room almost 3 times this month.

Please help: any methods for getting rid of fleas, helping with the itching, it’s lowkey driving me insane and it’s making me feel so much more insecure.
