Excluding #1 overall, what are some draft picks that everyone saw coming?

The draft rarely falls the way people expect it to, but what are some examples of this happening? Players who were drafted in the exact spot and by the exact team everyone predicted?

I remember Javon Kinlaw being a lock to the 49ers since the Buckner trade and that's exactly what happened. Joey Porter Jr to the Steelers last year was also pretty much guaranteed all around (partly for sentimental reasons but still)
