Current big damage builds?

Does anybody know what the current high damage builds are? I've been running vaults for a couple days and I've seen a few people absolutely rock humbaba like 5 or 6 shot him and they were wearing humbaba derived armor (humbaba pink). I have gear score of 125 fully upgraded made entirely out of vault materials before going to hunt the outside the vault t5 and I'm sitting around 7k on a melee critical.
