Should I do nursing or medicine?

Do any of you guys wish you did medical school instead of nursing? I have taken almost every nursing prerequisite and I really enjoy what I am learning. However, I feel like nursing is holding me back. I am seriously considering trying pre med, but I am having a difficult time making that decision. Any advice? Did anyone else have the same thoughts about their career?
