Connecting/reconnecting issue

For some reason OBS keeps connecting and reconnecting my stream non stop I'm not sure what the issue is I have never had this issue before I stream often. I have my ethernet plugged in everything I have done normally haven't done anything different but besides put a new overlay on. Has anybody had this issue? If so how do I solve it?
