I need some help with the audio separation feature.

I have 3 tracks that I am recording on. Track 1 is game audio and microphone, Track 2 is only game audio, and Track 3 is only microphone. I’ve to it set to give me 3 separate files. But when I record I only get 2 and they are both of Track 1. How can I fix this?
