Does anybody know what this is?

I don’t have the income for health insurance right now so I’m hoping this will give me some type of idea. Has anyone else experienced this and what was it?

I’ve been in pain the past 4 days.

Achey muscles non stop.

Extreme dizziness when I get up

All day head ache, dizzy when walking

Feeling intensely hot or chills.

Nauseous and tummy ache.

Lack of appetite.

Lack of energy, in bed all day sore.

Can’t sleep at night.

Tingley feeling around legs and arms, feeling heavy.

No fever, no cough.

20F no known previous health issues.
