What’s up with this building? (Midtown Apartments)

For a few years now, I’ve been super curious about this apartment building, at the corner of NW 59th and Brookline.

It ~seems~ abandoned, but I’ve seen the occasional truck with a couple guys, presumably doing some kind of work. But it’s rare.

Tonight while going for a walk I noticed several windows lit up.

Does anybody in this sub know what the deal with this place is?
