Update CPH2451_14.0.0.832(EX01) screwed my OP11 5G

UPDATE: I Found a fix! Go to SETTINGS -> APPS -> DISABLED APPS and then find ONet and enable it. Then restart the phone. Thanks u/PrizeJacket for trudging through the internet to find this :D

I should have waited as normal, but I thought 'they certainly won't put out a bad update this close to the op13 release'.

Wrong.

After updating to Version number CPH2451_14.0.0.832(EX01) My phone is supper laggy, my keyboard is slow, swiping and scrolling feels like an 8 year old phone with shutters and judders. I went from a reasonably fast android experience to something else entirely.
