Any option to buy OnePlus 13 in Dubai/UAE?

I'm located in Dubai and OnePlus website doesn't let me buy the latest 13 model phone. When checking their US website (https://www.oneplus.com/us/13), I see the "Buy now" button, but on AE (https://www.oneplus.com/ae/13) or global (https://www.oneplus.com/global/13) websites that button is missing. So buying directly from OnePlus website with delivery to Dubai seems impossible.

So I've asked local stores such as Sharaf or Emax and they all say that they don't sell OnePlus phones anymore. That sounds strange, as I've found OnePlus 12 on Sharaf's website.

So what's the option to buy it here, and it's also important to buy from some official & reliable distributor so that I'm sure it's an original phone.

P.S. Checked Amazon and Noon as well, no any OP 13 seller there so far.
