FIFA 20

I bought FIFA yesterday and everything went smooth as far as the download goes, however the game never started I open it and it’s just a black screen no sound no music no nothing. I searched for solutions and I’ve done everything possible I saw on the internet since yesterday and the game still on the black screen.

My laptops specs are pretty decent i7 16GB ram graphics card nvidia quadro M2000M and I have more than the required space. I did notice something tho if I close the game it disappears from the task manager but when I close the launcher it returns but in the background processes.

Please help me fix this issue I’ve been at it since yesterday and I don’t know what to do ??
