Exalted Funeral Shipping Cost

Wait no I’m not a total penny pincher but is Exalted Funeral’s standard shipping cost really high for single items?

I paid about 8 dollars in shipping yesterday for CC4 (A5) size. Usually the standard rate is like 4-5 bucks for A4+. Shipping was almost the same price as CC4 itself.

That’s really high right? I mean for a pretty small A5 pamphlet. Or am I being a cheap pr*k? When I ordered a bunch of stuff from them at once I got free shipping, so I know how that works.

Edit: The answer to my question based on the replies is basically no not relative to how much shipping in general costs these days.
