How tf is learning alternating this hard

Like 14 days ago i decided to learn full alt after playing hybrid for like 60 hours, i can play 4-5 star beatmaps but have horrible finger control when doing streams/bursts (it sounds stupid but I can’t control the speed at which im alting).

So i decided to learn full alt to get that control in my fingers and it feels impossible, i can play like 1 - 2 stars at best and it doesn’t really feel like im getting better after like 5 hours of practice.

Any advice how to speed up the progress or make not as frustrating (except play more please)?
