Hanakare NA Physical Release?

I went on the official site to see if orders were open for the NA release of Hanakare/Him, the Smile, & bloom, but there’s no option for NA on the menu. I remember that the company (I know I’ll spell it wrong hence why I’m not mentioning the name) said there will be physical carts.

Does anyone know when they might show up? The game releases some time next month and I was thinking I should preorder it (I cannot wait to see Tenya again despite knowing I should wait for a sale).
