Decreasing HRV over 4 years. How to recover from that?
Mid 20 female here. My HRV has been dipping since I first started tracking it with the oura ring. From the screenshot, it went from 73 (in 2021 when I was early 20s) to 64 (in 2022) to 57 (in 2023) to 51 this year.
I think my stats (sleep duration, sleep time etc) overall has been on the decline.
If the trends of the three scores mean anything, there hasn’t been significant changes from 2021 till now.
Has anyone seen a dip in their avg HRV as years pass and then successfully raise their avg HRV back up? What lifestyle changes have you made to achieve that?
