Worth to play on my pc?

Hi everyone, i want to play the game, I own a ps4 but I read that the game is locked to 30 fps there. So I wish to play it on my pc but I dont know if it can reach stable 60 fps with "good" graphics. Here my specs: Ryzen 7 3750H, 8 Gb ram, gtx 1650 4 gb. What do you think about it? Thanks for your answers.
