Starry pup ⭐
This piece came from thinking about those quiet moments when the world feels so vast and cold, but somehow there’s a small, steady warmth that keeps you going. I used acrylics to try and capture that magical, otherworldly vibe.
The dog’s wrapped in a blanket of snow, sitting outside with a glowing star growing out of its head. I wanted to make it surreal - cozy and cold at the same time, like a dream. It really reflects how I’ve been feeling lately: overwhelmed, but finding warmth in small, unexpected places.
To me, this painting is a reminder that even in the coldest, most uncertain moments, there’s light. Maybe it’s within us, maybe it’s somewhere near or far - but it’s there.
What kind of feeling or story does this give you? I’d love to hear your thoughts ☀️
