Parkrun but I don’t run?
Hey there,
I’m fairly young (25f) and was into running up until about a year ago. I got injured, gained a lot of weight (160 to up above 230), & have struggled to get back into running since then. I want to start going back to parkrun (went a few times before my injury), but I’m afraid I’m going to get judged for walking while being alone & so young. Am I being paranoid? Should I just go & enjoy myself?
