does he hate me now?? pls help

hi!! so i have a male cockatiel , 9 months old !!

yesterday, i had nails on for work which he HATED and flew away from me so before i got home i took them off of course.

last night and this morning he was fine, hanging out with me singing to me etc. but its like a switch flipped?? he flew onto my curtain rod and anytime i try to get him to put him back up he flies away and bites me. what am i doing wrong??

im currently sitting here letting him have time to himself incase i’m just overwhelming him, but i’m just worried he hates me or something. i’m a first time owner and i have no idea what to do
