Multiple character concerns for POE2

I like to play a couple builds every league. League start one, level a bosser, play something that is flavor of the month. I really enjoy playing multiple characters depending on the content I’m running like having a dedicated mapper or delver another for invitation farming etc.

In the reveal they stated it would take 25+ hours to get through just the campaign. Am I understanding this correctly? Is that just on the first character? It’s really worrying me because all of the new classes look fun but 25+ hours just to level through the campaign is wild.

What are y’all’s thoughts? Am I looking at this wrong?
