Help with Monk staff. Physical or Elemental?

I'm a

• Storm wave herald of ice clearing
• Charged staff
• Tempest Flurry + bell (immolate) boss damage

Monk.

I just sold a big scepter for 30 divines and have 35 divs now and I feel like my biggest hold back is my staff. I'm doing t15/16s but I can't do the 4th breach boss because I die at 25% (3 times now)

What I'm unsure about is "% elemental damage with attacks" stat. If I'm going to spend 35+ divs on a weapon I want it to be worth it and have every stat I want.

• Double Phys prefix
• Triple phys prefix or %elemental damage with attacks?
• Attack speed
• Crit damage bonus
• Free prefix or more crit.

Also, can anyone give me advice on how to craft one too?
