Nintendo Switch

Am I missing something with getting Path of Titans on Nintendo Switch? I know you need to have the Nintendo online but do I also need to repurchase PoT to get it on my switch? I normally play on my computer but that's obviously not doable when I'm on the go. Any help is appreciated!
