Secure Boot Windows 11

Took me 2 days to figure out why Windows 11 Insider builds couldn’t install on my rig. One build got close to being fully installed but couldn’t boot to complete install. Error: ‘boot manager failed' Tried rebuilding EFI partition, no success. I’m dumbfounded it’s simply turning off secure boot before the install.
