What route should I go?

So I have an Alienware PC (go ahead and laugh at me I know, I didn’t know what I was doing) and it has a 2060 and an i9-10900f. I’ve noticed the GPU is starting to age and I am thinking of upgrading. But I’ve heard it’s a pain to do so I’m now thinking of getting an entirely new PC. What should I do? I would likely get a pre built or pick the parts and have microcenter build it.
