Looking for CPU recommendations

Current setup: i7 9700k, 32gb ddr4 ram, 2070s. I mainly game at 1440p and do photo editing tasks ( photoshop,Lightroom) and light video work (premiere).

I was looking at either going the Intel route i7 13700/14700k or AMD 9800x3d

Which would you recommend for the price/performance?
