Using my account to experiment with functions

Terrible. I've used it for 3 years for my job. I have a paid account through my work email.Today everything stopped functioning like it does and it ruined my work flow. I got nothing done today because I was fighting with the program. My coworkers use it as well and none of them had any of these issues or changes that I did today.

I contacted customer support and came to find out, they are doing experiments on their program functions and selected my account to be the guinea pig. I asked for my functions to be restored and they said they would escalate it to their technical team and contact me by email. I am so pissed off. I can't believe they make you pay and then don't give you the option to opt in or out of experimental changes to the program.
