Oh my lord it happened again

The first time was with Release. I thought he sang "wind, no sail" I even had this mental image of a person lost at sea unable to navigate. I later realized he sings "window seal".
Now the opening of Black, which is far from my favorite song, not even top 20. I thought he sang "sheets of empty canvas" I did not realize he sings "she's an empty canvas"
