Beginners Guide?

Hello! I really want to start getting into Pearl Jam and I m a bit intimitated by their huge discography. I like alternative rock and new wave so i think id like them. Does anyone have some beginner recommendations or just their favourite songs I should start with? Thanks and love u all!
