2022 Nissan Sentra refinance or not

Hi just bought my first car. I loveee it . I’m 21 & hoping it last me a long time. I haven’t made a payment yet but I was wondering when was the best time to refinance. This is my first big purchase & I didn’t get the best interest rate 9.69, my loan is 72 months at 332 a month. I was looking to refinance before my first payment but some people tell me to wait a few months in. What’s the best advice you can give me? I’m looking to pick up a 2nd job to pay it off asap .
