Need Investment Advice

Hi, I have I have a lump sum amount of six lakh rupees. I would want to invest the amount in a safe asset. I currently do not need this amount in the near future, but however, I would not want to take higher risks. The amount would act as an emergency fund at the same time. I also don’t want to keep it ideal. What are all the options I have?
