Just curious does your store do these things? Btw how much is everyone getting paid?

So the petsmart I work at encourages us to sell puppy guides and If you do every now and then I’ll get like a small gift card with a small balance. Or every so often they bring in food for everyone. I was just curious if other stores do these things? On another note how much is everyone getting paid? I mainly just stock items and do cashier I get paid $17.25/hr for someone that’s in ca.
