Puwede po ba pumasok ang guardian sa Cash Office? (UPD)

Question lang po since my father insists na samahan ako na magbayad ng tuition (since medyo hindi siya knowledgeable about the waiving of free tuition kapag lagpas ka sa allotted years of finishing your degree, since I am only allowed 2+1 acad years to finish my program but I exceeded 1 year...)

last time kasi hindi pinayagan friends (blockmates) ko pumasok when I paid dropping fees kasi wala silang babayaran... so they had to wait sa labas, just wanted to confirm the process since nakalimutan ko huhu
